Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may request a return or exchange if the item has a major defect, is not .999 pure silver, or was sent in error.
Returned items must be new, unused and in their complete original packaging.
How to apply: contact customer service within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item.
Refunds are issued within 7 days after the returned item is confirmed.
